consignment agreement

Welcome, we are looking forward to a long profitable relationship.

  • We accept clean, freshly laundered, gently worn western clothing, Belts, Hats, Boots, accessories and tack.

  • All consignments are by appointment only.

  • Please limit your appointments to 10 items.  

  • please bring current season or transitional pieces as per request.

  • we will sort through your pieces during your appointment.  we will be double checking for stains, pilling, damage.  Please don't be offended if we decide to not take an item for any reason.  We are simply choosing the best for our customers demand and our consignors' pocketbooks.  

  • we will keep your items for 90 days. If necessary, we will mark the items down 20% after 45 days and 40% after 60 days if the item has not sold. Tack is exempt from this. You may pick up your items from the 91st to 97th day by appointment only.  

  • Tack consignments commission is 75%.  We keep 25% .  Tack must be clean or you will have a $30 clean fee.  Selling price will not subject to reduction as clothing.

  • You may choose to receive a cash payout commission of 40% of your items final selling price.  Payouts are given the month following the sale of the items. 

  • Or 

  • You may choose to receive a credit commission of 50% of your items final selling Price.  credits are given immediately following the sale of your items.

  • We pledge to do our best to safeguard your items, however we will not be responsible for damage or loss.

  • For your convenience our handy drop and run program is available to all consignors after establishing an Account.
